A Kitchen refurb project in Kilmarnock

Creative Designs, a family business with over 45 years of experience based in Ayr, was tasked with updating and refreshing an existing kitchen in nearby Kilmarnock.

The aim was to modernise the kitchen, creating a functional space that could seamlessly integrate the home’s living and dining areas.

The client asked for a clutter-free, open-plan design that maximized the available space and provided a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

For this project, we proposed a handleless kitchen from our entry level Impuls range, ensuring a clean and minimalist look. Quartz was chosen for the worktops for durability and a stylish finish. The layout featured a straight run with an island, providing ample storage and prep space.

To open up the floor plan and enhance the flow between the kitchen, living, and dining areas, we proposed removing a wall and blocking an existing window, creating a more unified and open-concept space.

The design focused on maximizing functionality while keeping the space clear and organized.
