A Property Extension Project with Kitchen & Utility

As part of a property extension in Fisherton, near Ayr, the team at Creative Designs were tasked with creating a bespoke kitchen and utility.

The aim was to deliver a modern, stylish layout that complemented the new space while offering practical solutions for daily use.

The clients wanted a proposal that combined contemporary aesthetics with smart storage and functional features, resulting in a design that is both elegant and highly usable.

The final design features cabinetry from both of our German furniture ranges, with Nolte specified in the kitchen and Impuls in the utility room, both thoughtfully tailored to the layout of the extension.

Steel grey effect doors with their “cloudy” finishes provide a soft, contemporary base, while Silestone worktops and black appliances from the Neff Collection create visual contrast. Practical features such as a Quooker Front tap, interior pull-outs below ovens, a two-tier pull-out waste/recycling unit, a ‘breakfast’ dresser unit with pocket doors, and angled base units with stacked appliances in the utility maximise storage and functionality.

Additional design-led elements, including colour-changing LED lighting and an angled breakfast bar, bring both style and everyday convenience to the space.
