Our Service

Stage 1

Stage 1 - Showroom Visit

Clients would normally visit our stunning showroom featuring 8 displays (1 with working appliances) along with a sample area showing all door options. We can discuss our service, the range of kitchen options and usually provide indicative costs for previously installed kitchens to give you an idea the approximate budget that you may need to consider.

Stage 2

Stage 2 - Survey

One of our professional designers (no commission only salespeople) would visit your house to take accurate measurements of the room in order to give you a detailed quotation or alternatively you may wish to provide dimensions or architects plans. We would also have an in depth discussion regarding the design brief. This would usually take about 1 hour and is carried out free of charge.

Stage 3

Stage 3- Design Consultation

We then invite you to the showroom to discuss our proposals and show 3D visual representations of what your new Alno kitchen could look like and what the costs associated to this would be. At this stage, we can amend the design and discuss alternative options if required. An itemised quotation is provided for you to consider at your leisure. There is no high pressure sales gimmicks to force you to buy, just good quality products at very competitive prices. We are confident our professional experienced designers will create the desire to purchase our proposals.

Stage 4

Stage 4 - Ordering

Once you decide to buy one of our kitchens and after placing a deposit (20% of the contract price) we would finalise all the details from colours, handles to appliances, timescales etc. Drawings of your kitchen are released at this stage and any specification amendments can be agreed. This may affect the cost but this will all be discussed with you so that you are in complete control of the overall budget. Accurate plumbing, electrical, plastering estimates can be arranged if required so there are no surprises during the installation (unless there are unforeseen works after strip out)

Stage 5

Stage 5 - Installation

Each project is different so there are no guidelines to how long and installation will take but you can be assured our objective is to complete the fitting as soon as practically possible without cutting any corners. Our experienced time-served fitters are employed by the company and we can organise a full turn-key operation including plumbing, electrical, plastering, flooring and decoration if required which will all be managed by the designer from start to finish.

Stage 6

Stage 6 - Commitment

When you come into our showroom you can be assured that we are not just here to sell you a kitchen. We are here to provide a commitment to the best possible service. That is why most of our customers come to us by recommendation or come back for their next kitchen. Established in 1977, we have many clients who have made a number of purchases with repeat business over the period.
