An exciting new build development in Wokingham, Berkshire

Our work with CALA Homes at Finchwood Park, Wokingham forms part of a long-standing and trusted partnership built on quality, collaboration and consistency.

Finchwood Park is a large-scale residential development delivering a mix of one bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, including houses and maisonettes, across a range of tenures. Our involvement covered three phases of the wider development, comprising 465 private homes alongside 102 Housing Association properties, including both rented and shared ownership homes.

We were appointed to supply and install kitchens across these phases, delivering a consistent yet flexible specification that supported both private and affordable housing requirements while maintaining CALA’s high standards of design and build quality.

Working closely with CALA’s design, sales, commercial and construction teams, we focused on creating kitchens that complemented each layout while striking a careful balance between showcasing the inherent quality of the standard kitchen specification, keeping end-client budgets firmly in mind, and highlighting aspirational upgrade options that support CALA’s sales strategy.

The kitchen specification was based around our Impuls furniture range, incorporating a variety of standard handled slab doors, handleless designs and modern handled shaker styles. By presenting a considered range of layouts, colours and finishes, we supported the sales team in helping purchasers make informed decisions, while enabling CALA to effectively promote upgrade opportunities without compromising programme, quality or cost control.

Throughout the project, our team provided dedicated site supervision, supported by reliable delivery and warehousing logistics, and remained flexible and responsive to programme changes and sales-led requirements, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process from design through to installation.

The result at Finchwood Park is a development that successfully balances design aspiration with practicality and value. The showhomes clearly demonstrate the quality of CALA’s house types and the versatility of the kitchen options available, supporting both buyer choice and sales performance.
