Our partnership with CALA Homes at Jordanhill Park represents the continuation of a relationship that has spanned more than 25 years. As CALA’s flagship Glasgow development, Jordanhill Park is one of the city’s most prestigious residential projects — transforming the former teaching college campus into a vibrant community of over 400 homes.

We were proud to be selected to supply and install kitchens across the full range of properties, from new build one, two and three-bedroom apartments to spacious four and five-bedroom townhouses. The development also includes a collection of unique historic apartments within the carefully restored David Stow Building and Graham House, blending traditional character with modern luxury.

Creative Collaboration and Delivery

Working in close partnership with CALA’s design, sales, commercial, and construction teams, we ensured that every kitchen reflected the design intent and premium positioning of the Jordanhill Park development. From the outset, we collaborated closely with CALA’s sales and design teams to agree layouts, finishes and specifications that would meet the expectations of discerning buyers seeking high-end homes, while maintaining a clear focus on budget control and value engineering.

To deliver on CALA’s vision for quality and refinement, we specified cabinetry from Nolte for its renowned high-end German craftsmanship, paired with Silestone worktops for durability and elegance, and Siemens appliances to complement the specification with cutting-edge functionality and design.

Our knowledgeable project management team provided site supervision throughout the build process, ensuring coordination between design intent and on-site execution. Supported by our dedicated delivery and warehousing operations, we maintained a consistent and reliable supply chain across multiple construction phases.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we were able to understand the realities of a large-scale, multi-phase development, and our approach was built on flexibility and responsiveness. We adapted to programme changes and evolving build schedules, often adjusting installation sequencing to align with CALA’s construction priorities and customer selections. Our team remained proactive and reactive to sales-driven requests, ensuring every purchaser’s expectations were met without compromising quality or programme delivery.
