Our work with CALA Homes at Aurs Meadow, Barrhead is another example of a long-standing and successful partnership built on trust, quality, and consistency.

This desirable semi-rural residential development combines contemporary family living with CALA’s hallmark standards, and we were pleased to support the project through the supply and installation of kitchens that enhance both functionality and visual appeal across the development.

This site comprises 221 new build homes, with a mix of terraced, detached and townhouses ranging from 2 – 5 bedrooms. We were selected to supply and install kitchens across the full range of properties.

Working closely with CALA’s design, sales, commercial, and construction teams, we focused on creating kitchens that not only complemented each layout, but also struck a careful balance between demonstrating the inherent quality of the standard kitchen specification, keeping end-client budgets firmly in mind, while also highlighting aspirational upgrade options that support our builder clients’ sales strategies.

By presenting a considered range of layouts, colours and finishes, we assist the Sales team to help purchasers make informed decisions while enabling CALA to effectively promote upgrade opportunities without compromising programme, quality, or cost control.

Throughout the project, our team provided dedicated site supervision, supported by reliable delivery and warehousing logistics, and remained flexible and responsive to programme changes and sales-led requirements — ensuring a smooth and collaborative delivery from design through to installation.

A key feature of Aurs Meadow is the delivery of three individually designed showhomes, based on CALA’s Kennedy, Darroch, and Cleland house types.

While each home reflects CALA’s strong architectural identity, we worked closely with the team to ensure that every showhome kitchen was distinct, using different finishes, colours, and specifications to appeal to a broad range of buyers and to demonstrate the flexibility available within the kitchen offering.

The Cleland and Darroch showhomes feature kitchen furniture from Impuls, presenting a contemporary, high-quality standard offering that delivers strong visual appeal and practicality at an accessible price point. The Kennedy showhome, by contrast, was fitted with handleless furniture from Nolte, our premier kitchen range, showcasing enhanced detailing, premium finishes, and advanced functionality. This contrast allows buyers to clearly understand both what is included as standard and how upgrades can further elevate their home.
